Lisé joined her father's company in 1991. He would celebrate every anniversary. She is profoundly grateful to this industry. She met her husband by selling him a transformer 26 years ago. Greg Little



Sales Manager until March 1, 2026




Greg Little will continue selling Youngstown Gloves via L5 Utility Sales on March 1, 2026. We appreciate his 19 years of dedicated work. Feel free to reach out to Greg with all your glove needs. We wish him continued success as he continues to call on Michigan utilities.



How we began






1972


Ben Thomas started the company with a substation connector manufacturer. Shortly after that he began to represent Radar Engineers from Portland, Oregon selling RFI equipment and cable tags. Ben excelled in forging solid relationships with the utility customers. He worked by happily learning their concerns and finding solutions with our manufacturers.



1991


Ben's daughter, Lisé joined the company. After several years, they became partners. Lisé quickly learned to love the business as much as her father.


2007


Company relocated from Auburn Hills to Davison. Ben passed away from cancer on July 8th. His legendary kindness and goodness are forever with us. He respected and valued his customers and wanted them all to succeed.
